Tristan has a broad and in-depth knowledge of psychology, statistics and research methods. He specialises in the creation of 360 peer reviews and the generation of reports that outline key areas for the planning of intervention strategies.

Working on research in key areas that have been identified as hindering school progression, he is actively engaged in the production of workshops and diagnostic tools that support the development of schools, leaders and school staff.

Tristan graduated from University College London in 2013 in Psychology. Since starting work for Inspiring Education, he has designed and built Inspire 360 and Perform - accessible peer-reviews created specifically for the needs of schools. He is carrying out ongoing research on the impact of schools being placed in to category, working to identify new strategies and interventions for senior leaders to implement.
