Lynn has a depth of education knowledge and extensive experience of identifying the critical issues that are preventing schools delivering their best. She provides robust challenge to leadership teams at senior and middle level, supporting them to focus on strategy, leadership development, engagement with their staff and the change needed to deliver desired outcomes and significantly improved performance. Providing expertise and support to senior leaders and teams, she identifies the challenges that are hindering performance and designs and delivers interventions that have impact across the school and on results. Drawing on extensive experience of building performance cultures within organisations and delivering development interventions, she focuses on the activities that have the most impact on the performance of individuals and the teams they lead.

She is an executive coach and works with many Principals and Headteachers, she is also certified to administer the psychometric tests Hogan and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She is an experienced expert facilitator.

Lynn has worked as a consultant and coach with a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors, however she specialises in education and has worked with around 150 schools across all sectors: those who are Outstanding and need to push to become World Class, schools that have plateaued and need to understand how to drive the change needed to become Outstanding and those schools that are in a category and Special Measures. She has significant experience in supporting all the groups of schools, including the last two, to achieve major success and has consistently demonstrated the ability to help this wide range of types of schools to achieve rapid but sustained improvement and success whilst developing the sustainable capability of all concerned for the long term.

Her senior management experience includes working as Director at the Department for Education working across all policy areas with the private sector before she became a consultant in 2005. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts (FRSA), sits on the National Advisory Council of Teach First and is a Member of the European Coaching Council.
